Whats better cable or dsl , I have cable internet now and download speed is ''1500kb'' but its high $ DSL's dl speed through qwest is also ''1500kb'' and a little cheaper. So whats the better deal, I know that the more people you have using cable internet the slower you go.

Also question 2 is there a good DSL modem that anyone would prefer? Rightnow i have a linksys setup cablemodem,1port router and 4 port hub.

Any feedback is wanted! :D :D

DSL usually caps one end of the connection so you are only getting either upload or download at the sold speed. DSL, depending on where you get it will allow for a static IP address whereas most cable providers do not.

If you're gaming: Go with Cable! It's much cleaner!

DSL may be better. Cable speeds tend to drop off as more subscribers come on line, whereas DSL remains the same.
As previously stated, though, DSL is actually ADSL; the advertised speed is for downloads only...uploads will be slower.
