When I start my computer, and get past the bios screen, I get a black screen asking me which version of XP I want to load. One of the versions is corrupted and won't load. How do I take it off the list so that I don't have to keep choosing which one I want?

The bad one has been installed over, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the registery, but I don't know what to look for...

    Thanks!

Go to start/settings/control panel/system. Then System startup/recovery. At the top is your startup choices and an edit button.
