Dumb Question

This is probably a simple one but:

purchased new serial mouse w/ scroll

hooked it up to computer and windows found it, installed driver.

Mouse will not scroll. Also, the mouse didnt come with a disk or any software for it.

Is there a particular driver i could install that comes with windows?

Or is there somewhere I can download something to enable the scroll?

 

Who makes the mouse? Most manufacturers have them on their web site. My serail wheel mose at home works fine with Windoze native drivers. Just go into Device manager and change it...should be listed under standard mouse types.
