My DVB has stopped recognizing all disks I place inot it, be they blank so that I can burn the stuff from it's memory or be they dvd movies that I want to watch.
Has anyone got any suggestions? It is a LG brand and have had it for 5 or so years and it has worked fine till recently.

Did all this at the start, but it won't even recognise the cleaning disk.
Am wondering if it is the laser eye or something along those line. Thought I might take the cast off and see if I can't get into it with a cotton bud and some cleaner and give the eye a gentle clean and blow of any dusk on the elctronics around and see if this works.
Any other suggestions would be real cool.
