dvd drawer won't open

I installed Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring for my grandson. the game works fine, but I can no longer open the drawer to get the disk out when he has quit the game and exited.

If it won't open automatically using either the button on the dvd or the 'eject' button on the computer screen, see if there's a small pinhole on the front of the drive...if you stick a pin in this it will mechanically release the locking mechanism so you can pull the drawer out.

Sometimes a reboot will work.
