Ive recently installing a DVD drive (Pioneer DVD-ROM DVD-104) into a mates PC. Windows detects the drive fine - read DVDs etc but when I enter the BIOS (Intel Corporation D865GLC) it fails to detect it. Any ideas?

Looked again watched a DVD in windows - worked fine. Resart the machine, pressed F2 to enter the BIOS screen and the DVD does not show up under drive configuration nor in the boot priority list. Ive open the machine up again and check all ribbons, jumpers etc are in properly but still the same result. Im just as confused....
