When I load a blank CD/DVD into the DVD drive I get a "Disk Not Formatted" message: "Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows." This occurs on any blank disk - CD, DVD, DR/RW etc. Pre-recorded disks play fine. I have both Nero & Cyberlink Power Cinema on my system. Any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks Courtney,
Yes Nero works, but I can't get past the "Disk not formatted" dialogue box so it is not possible to get Nero to recognize the disk in the DVD drive.
