I have a Toshiba Satellite A100 running Windows XP Pro Version 2002 SP3 & Mat****a DVD-RAM UJ-814S. It reads DVDs OK but will only read my older audio CDs. It won't open or read later audio CDs. (All are commercial CDs.) Device Manager says that the device is working properly, Hardware Update Wizard can't find anything better.
