I jUst Installed a new Dvd-Ram on my pc, under windows 98 SE,
everything was going well, then after the first install screen, my pc wouldn't reboot.
This is the error I kep getting-
" a fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028C0FBD in VXD IOS (04)+00002031. The current application will be terminated."
What does this mean? How do I fix? Does this mean I have a bad product?
    Thanks.
