AMD K6-2 450 cpu, 128 ram, 30Gb HDD, 32 mb TNT2 agp card, isa sound card 16X/48X DVD rom, CDRW, all pci slots are filled, network, tv card etc
The sound is fine when playing music/mp3, games, etc, but when playing DVD (software decoder power DVD) I get choppy and not very good sound. The quality of playback is good at high and low resolutions and at full screen. Would changing the sound card to a pci card help, more memory, or do you think that I would have to get a decoder card or a mother board/cpu upgrade.
