    hi all hope some one can help me i am trying to burn a dvd on 2 a double layer disc but i dont no if my dvd rom will do it the dvd rom on my computer is a mat****a dvd-ram uj-8505 ata device can any 1 help me please cheers

    You only have a player, not a DVD-RW you can't burn DVD's

    look on the side of your DVD drive, it should say it is a Dual layer or DL burner, if your not sure post your system specs

    on the side ov the dvd burner it says dvd multi recorder/cd rewriter ultra speed and dvd+ rewritable hope this helps

    Ok so you have a DVD burner, can you clarify what you need help with? You said you don't know if your DVD will do it...have you even tried?
