I have a HP system that has two dvd players. It all of a sudden will not recognize either of them. I am using Windows XP. I have tried going into the device manager and updating the drivers, but am not sure if I should do the uninstall and then reinstall. Would that be my next step? I have also tried taking the whole system back to a prior point, but that did not fix the problem. Under the device manager it is showing the little yellow warning thing with the exclimation point in it for both drives.
    Thanks. Eileen

You didn't mention which version of Windows your computer is using, but see if this resolves the problem.
