Dxdiag errors

    When ever i try to run Dxdiag i get
    DXDIAG caused an invalid page fault in
    module MSVCRT.DLL at 017f:7802a284.
    on windows 98. I tried renaming some of the msvcrt.dll .old but that didnt do anything. Please help.

    The obvious is to update (or reinstall) your directx. Have you tried that? Which version are you using?

    I just installed direct x 9 to try to fix it but that didnt do anything either ill try uninstalling and reinstalling again tho.

    Didnt work ~_~
