E-mail attachments go out zipped

    I have a friend that uses Outlook on Windows 2000. Every time she attaches a word document to send out, we get it as a zip file. Any suggestions on what might be happening? I've already looked in Options and didn't find anything. I also looked in Word to see if it was doing it, nothing there either.
