I have a HP Pavillion model a336n. The operating system is Windows XP.
I am using MSN mail and last year received 5 e-mails that I have not been able to delete. No matter what I do they return to the junk folder. When you try to open them I receive the message:
Message could not be displayed
MSN mail could not retrieve the message body from Hotmail. Check to make sure you are still connected and try again.
