When you want to forward an e-mail that was forwarded to you and you'd like to get rid of all the arrows in the body of the text before you send it on - how can I do that. I use Outlook Express and Windows 98.

Also if I inadvertently delete an e-mail - and I then discover I want to retrieve it, how can I get it back.

Thanks so much for all your help.

About the arrows: I use my Clipboard replacement, which has this as one of its many functions.
It is seriously addictive, and the best I've found: ClipMate

Another app that's used often to this end is eCleaner: http://members.tripod.com/schin26/index.htm

As for your deleted e-mails, if they're not in your 'deleted items' any more, you may well be out of luck...
