e mail signature

<font face="comic sans ms" color="#577ac6">Depends on the email program you use, probably, but if Outlook Express, just click Tools > Options > Signatures tab.
Click the New button and create a signature in the Edit Signature box.
Select Add signatures to all outgoing messages.

There's more info about this in Outlook Express's Help > Contents and Index.
Select the Index tab, type in the keyword "signature", and choose to Display the personal information about signatures.

In MS Outlook, go to Help > Microsoft Outlook Help > Index tab, and type in the keyword "signature".
There's lots to be found there on the subject - (mine shows 22 topics on it).
If it's confusing, (and it looks like it might be), just post back here.
