What would be the easiest way to restrict a pc from the internet/browsing when only two sites should be allowed? Basically I have an old pc running xp that is used for scanning and needs to access the web for a site to check on info. Other than that and our homepage there should be no surfing on this pc.

You can either restrict it using a firewall, the settings on your router, from within your browser, or 3rd party software.

I say from within the browser for this case.

What web browser are you using?

Personally I am using Opera and FF but in this case it would be IE 8

Thanks but in this one I don't see any "block all" function. It seems I can whitelist specific sites (like the two sites I want to allow) but otherwise will rely on the rating by content advisor. While I can allow unrated sites, it does not say how to prevent allowed sites. Basically apart from two ip addresses, everything else should be prohibited.
