    my problem is quite simple.
when ebay opens and shows me all the items.....i want the items listed sequentially from lowest to highest price.
i keep on changing the format ......save it..............and yet it always opens up with "best match"
the problem is.............how do i get "lowest price first" as my default.
    does that clarify it???

I like to do ending soonest, but I haven't found any way
    to lock it either.
When I go back to the main page it just resets.

Yeah I don't even understand what "best match" is but it is annoying and I don't know anyone who prefers to use it but eBay wants it as the default choice and I see no way to change it. One thing you can do though is if you save a category as a "Favorite" in your browser then each time you open it up it comes back the way you saved it.

I think best match is ebay's way of pushing the paid for top listings.
I notice they disappear if I select something else.
