Hey. Is there any way I can edit a MP3 I've downloaded off a net? I want to cut off the first 10 or so seconds of the MP3 and leave the rest. Is there any such software that exists?

there are codecs you can add to your audio/playing system... but depends on what you haveonboard audio wise.... yopu'll have to search for audio codecs... if you use a winamp player ... check in winamp plugins...etc...
