How do you email a thumbnail. I have been requested to send a thumbnail picture. It should be 81 pixels deep and in .jpg format. I know how to attach a .jpg picture to my email, but do not understand how to attach or send a "thumbnail" as a picture. I will also be sending a regular .jpg of the picture to the same person. Please help.

A "thumbnail" is essentially just a small stamp-size version of a regular-size picture. If the recipient wants a thumbnail of a specific size (81 x 81 ppi), open the regular-size picture in a graphics editor (eg Photoshop Elements). Choose "Resize", change the existing ppi values to 81 x 81, then save with a new filename in the same folder as the regular-size picture.

Now, open your email client software and attach both the regular and the small thumbnail picture.
