I tried accessing my Email yesterday and got put in an "Invalid password" loop which went on for umpteen attempts. Entered the same password that I've used for the last 3 years or so - but still the same result. I then got asked to enter name and password as normal, but also had to type the word I saw in a box underneath the 'Name' 'Password' fields  . This I did a few times until I got a "Your account has been locked for 12 hours for your security" screen show up. Today? Much the same thing. If you can't contact your ISP/email account provider for a status report via the internet route (because of this) how do you put the matter right at all? :(

Have you tried your Isps home page for support or using webmail (the problem might be with OE or whatever you are using.)

Phone your ISP to get it sorted out. It sounds like something they did on their end.

My account is with btopenworld/yahoo. Are they having problems over there? Has anyone else at TSG with an account with them had similar problems in the last few days?
