I tried accessing my Email yesterday and got put in an "Invalid password" loop which went on for umpteen attempts. Entered the same password that I've used for the last 3 years or so - but still the same result. I then got asked to enter name and password as normal, but also had to type the word I saw in a box underneath the 'Name' 'Password' fields . This I did a few times until I got a "Your account has been locked for 12 hours for your security" screen show up. Today? Much the same thing. If you can't contact your ISP/email account provider for a status report via the internet route (because of this) how do you put the matter right at all?
