When forwarding e-mails, how can I remove all the unnecessay data at the top e.g. names etc. without loosing the message. I've tried highlighting the namesand pressing delete but lost the whole contents.

You can't really do anything with forward-its better to copy & paste the contents into a fresh, new message and send it to whoever you want.

How about trying to right click on original message, choose forward.
In the new window, you can take out anything you wish from original message and add your own if you wish.
    Then send it off

    Works for me

    GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
