I need to be able to have Excel send an email alert to Outlook notifying when an employee's expiration date is approaching. Need this notification to happen 30 days before expiration date. I would like to have the email notification sent automatically without having to open the Excel file. Can Excel run in the background to check the date for me? I just need the email to say which expiration is approaching and for what employee. Attaching sample worksheet with required info.
