I cannot open documents created with Adobe 2012 and sent to me by e-mail.

They are PDF documents. I think they're being sent by Blackberry. I just got a PDF document from my brother that was sent fro his computer and I had no problem opening that one.

Sorry, I have no clue why one PDF would open and not another. Is there any error message?

Adobe 2012? Never heard of it. The latest version is Adobe XI.

There are no error messages. I'm believing it has something to do with documents sent via iphones etc. I have Adobe XI and it works fine. So i'll be alright . I'll ask the sender(s) to use another format.
