email attachments

    In my office we are using outlook 2000 and we get alot of email with attachments. Then we save our email to a specific job folder. I dont want to save the email with the attachment but I do want the saved email to say there was an attachment sent with the email. I guess the reason I am doing this is so I dont have to save the attachment in two place taking up un-necessary space on my hard drive. Can someone help me with this.
