The place I work just started using some popup/spam/email blocker and I'm not able to email anything from work to my home email anymore.

Any way to get around this?

They use an old Windows 2008 system.

No. Your work organization has put rules in place for reasons. For example if you are working in a medical facility, they would block emails outside to email accounts like G-Mail, Outlook, etc due to HIPAA/GDPR regulations.
