    Hi Smart People,

Hopefully someone can help me. So far I have paid $40.00 to talk to a guy in India who couldn't help (b/c he couldn't speak English!) - I talked to a labotamized MORON at RoadRunners help desk (I think he made it worse)... and I have hunted EVERYwhere - but can't find any clue.

    Here's the deal.

Somehow, overnight - all my email setting, my addresses,, my ACCOUNTS disappeared from my Netscape email. When I launched the email this morning - it launched the Install - and asked me if I wanted to set up.

Anyway - to make a long story short - I have located all the files in C/Windows/ApplicationData/Mozilla/Profiles/Default/65a1evj.slt - which contained all the files for all my email accounts.

I was actually able to open some of the as text files in Netscape and view them.

But I cannot get them into email.

I have tried importing (via TOOLs) - but it won't recognize them.

I tried drag & drop (really - I am an optimist!)

I tried cursing but that didn't work.

And finally I guess I am just giving up. I have gotten all my addresses recreated and working (except for one small glitch I am hoping to have help with shortly).

Does anybody have any guidance for how I can fix this problem & get YEARS Of email back?

Is there anybody left who actually understands computers? I am starting to think that the good old days of the smarter than all get out young guy who could fix anything and his magic are gone. Where did he go!?

If you can help send me mail at "work-ethic AT nc DOT rr DOT com"
