Email button in Word

    In Word 2003 there was an icon that allowed a document to be made into an email with the click of a button. I'm in sales and had a ton of emails that I sent to clients for different reasons so I created the document and saved them as emails.

    We upgraded to W'07 and now that button is gone and the emails are all just documents again. I've searched and have only found an icon that allows you to attach the text as an attachment; I want the person to be able to read it upon opening the email.
