If you have anything in your OUTBOX, delete it and try again by sending a new outbound e-mail.

You are using a different ISP now?

You will need to change the SMTP server to the new ISP one in your email settings I believe.

Hotmail is not POP3 so is not affected.

Check the settings of the other computers that are not having problems and duplicate them on your computer.

BTW one great thing about TSG forums is the spell check - use it often to avoid confusion over misspelled words and chat rap.

    Control Panel / Mail icon
From here you can look at the other profiles to see what the user accounts and servers are.

There isn't a control panel for Outlook. There is an icon in the control panel to allow you to configure it.

If there is an Outlook icon on your desktop, that is not a shortcut, you can also right click on that and configure Outlook that way.

I can't assume which type of icon you have on the desktop so that is why I orignally mentioned the one in the Control Panel.

How did it get configured in the first place?

well, i did it thru my website servers email configuration thing. basically theres an option that says somethign like "configure ur address to ur outlook by clicking here and downloading the file that appears" and all i do is double click that file once i dled it and then it automatically sets my outlook up with that account. i tried doing this again but still no differenc, still cant send emails with it...
