I use AOL for my mail and my ISP is Mozilla Firefox
I am a shoe designer on www.aliveshoes.com and have a webshop on this website. I am using the BETA software on this site. There are two email forms, one for me to email my potential customers about my products and the other one where I email coupons to potental customers. I am able to preview my emails and after hitting send it says sent but no emails are ever received. I have tried sending emails to AOL and gmail customers. I have checked with my tech guy from the website and he says that he sees no problems on his end. In fact he tested my pages and everything seemed to be fine. I seem to be the only shoe designer from around the world having this problem. It doesn't help that I am the oldest and probably have the oldest computer too. LOL. Many thanks for your help.
