Is this by chance a server that is being shared?
Who is you server hosted by?

Also note that if you have a third party hosting your domain, then the email server is different from the domain server.

    Hi there

This server is not being shared.
    It's hosted by OVH.

If I were you, I would contact OVH and ask about the email server.
You will find that the hosting parties do NOT use the same Domain server for the email server, which in fact is being shared.

Ever one in a while some other email account on the server that my email is on, will be a spammer, and the whole server gets blocked.

Bottom line you need to work with your domain and email host. Most issues will need to be taken care by them.

I have a VPS, so I have a dedicated IP. There is no one else on my mailserver.

I've tried EVERYTHING. I've tried multiple forums and even there they were out of ideas.

So, I have tested almost every website and the results are 10/10 on mail-tester.com (proof: http://upl.drc.ms/p1F4q4N7v9.png)
This means that I have setup everything possible to have my mail not detected as spam. DMarc, DKIM, SPF, reverse DNS, and so on.
You can even see a bigger test here: http://mxtoolbox.com/domain/drcnetwork.com/
Which returns that all tests were successful!
This is another report of a verifier from [email protected]:
    http://upl.drc.ms/34579m1L7n.txt
Here is a header of one of my emails being put in the spam folder: http://upl.drc.ms/5E841n1V7l.txt
I've tested this with various gmail addresses and they all put my mail in the spam folder. Even Hotmail puts me in the spam folder.

    I'm out of ideas...
    Hopefully someone can help me!

I would still contact OVH and see what they have to say.

All right, so I've got more informatin now.
    @DaveA

I've contacted OVH, nothing was wrong with the IP. They couldn't do anything.
I also tried sending mails via mandrillapp (so with the same domain!!). That works (but I don't want that)
^ This may be an indication for something we're missing here... Any idea?
I'm now also sending mail via TLS instead of plain, because Google is now checking that as well. Still no solution tho.

I ran across this topic doing a search on your problem:

    http://superuser.com/questions/351817/why-does-gmail-think-mail-my-server-sends-is-a-spam

Not sure if it'll fix it.

I also had a problem with my own email server. I wanted to tie in my private email server into my Hotmail account. It didn't work because the domain I have registered is not in Hotmail's trusted list of email domains. I never pursued trying to figure out how I could have mine added. You might also want to investigate this too.

When you say G-Mail is registering as spam, are you getting the email marked as spam or a bounce back?

says OVH is a cheap hosting company and as such, spam is sent out so gmail has blacklisted its IP ranges.

Your solution, change hosting companies to something that is not blacklisted.
