Email Infections

For about the last 3 months I've been getting emails that Norton blocks saying there was 2 attachments infected. I hoped they'd just go away after awhile, but it seems they are doing the opposite and becoming more common. The two attachmetns it blocks are:

The email attachment data.rtf .scr within word document_pvandy.zip is infected with the [email protected] virus.

The email attachment word document_pvandy.zip is infected with the [email protected] virus.

I went to symantec.com and tried to follow the steps to remove the netsky virus, but it didn't work, if anyone has any input I'd appreciate it. I haven't noticed any effects from teh viruses, but its just annoying getting them a couple of times per day.Thanks in advance.

download and run the above file. If you are infected this will clean it.

Do you have Yahoo Mail????? That scan's the viruses for free!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already downloaded and ran the tool and it didn't find anything, but I redid it and still nothing. Why am I still getting these emails everyday? And is there anyway to stop them?
