This is a strange one. When I send email to a neteze address from a netzero address everything functions properly but the neteze address doesn't receive it, but when I click on reply the neteze address gets it. All the settings are correct such as blocking, etc. Any ideas?

next time you choose to reply ... right click on the address it shows & use the automatic "add it to your addressbook"..( copy & paste it if the automatic feature isn't available ). there may be some very slight error you have on the one you set in your addressbook originally.

After you do Savvy's suggestion, you can go to tools>options>send tab>put a check in the box for "automatically put people I reply to in my address book".
