Great. Thank you. How do I get it to display my tabs that are supposed to be at the top? Somehow I covered them up. The equipment and background data tabs

It is there, you have to scroll up.
I have tidied up around the form a bit on this one.

I'm scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page but cant see the arrows to go to the next record. Is it showing this for you as well?

You have made the Copy Of Equipment Modifications too large in the downward direction.
If you reinstate the Main form Vertical Scrollbar you can scroll back up.
Design is a balancing act between making object large enough but not too large.

Would you mind adjusting the size of them to where I have my tabs again and my arrows at the bottom? I've been playing with it and cant get it back. This will be the last thing I ask you to do for me. Then I'll quit bugging you. Probably haha

I have a couple more questions and then we're done. Currently, when the the "Submit and Mail" button is clicked, it brings up outlook for you to email the form. But it always has your email address in the "to" box. Can this be taken out?

Also, I added a "refresh" button because the auto populated boxes don't automatically fill themselves after you enter your name into the background data. You have to hit refresh again. So basically you end up clicking "add new submission" about three times before you actually get to fill out the form (this is only if you are a first time user having to put all of your personal info in)

Can you run through it with a fake name like youre creating a submission for the first time so you can see what I'm talking about? If it cant be fixed easily, its no problem. I was just curious.

But I do need to get your email out so that you aren't getting emails all the time.

    Thanks!

So what do your "Instructions" say for a New User to do?
Does it tell him to check to see if he is already in the database and if not add his details?

This version is putting the data in the blank fields.
