I'm trying to send emails to "[email protected]". Every email I send takes 24 hours to get bounced back. I tried pinging their IP and I'm getting no replies. This would lead to believe that it's their firewall that's blocking me. any ideas....

Pings would be blocked, but not email if their server is indeed running. Look at the email header for an indication as to why the email didn't go through. Is it all email addresses to that domain or just this one that gets bounced?

I forgot to check headers, but here's what's inside the email.

I can ping them fine. Their mail server is at 66.7.244.114 and I can ping by both name and IP. Try pinging via IP address, if you can ping that way then YOU have a DNS issue.

    It timed out on both:

    mail.scottlamp.com
    66.7.244.114

Their emails are coming in to our server. It's only our email(s) that not getting in to their server. Here's the internet header. This email was sent yesterday it bombed 10+ hours after.

You might want to check if anything is going out by checking the queue on the server. If it times out pinging both the mail domain and the IP address I would contact their network admin to see if your domain is being blocked by a spam filter or other area. If I can ping it and send a test email and you cannot that says to me that you are being blocked soemwhere.
Do you by chance have a firewall with content filtering?
