Hi I'm new but stuck with an old problem: I hope someone can help solve this. I have an emclient account running in tandem with my gmail account but do not seem able to clear the full mail box issue despite (several) rigorous cleanouts of old messages and archiving the rest. Any ideas gratefully received (been round lots of search engine rabbit holes today with no luck) and tried managing via cpanel, all failed. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome!

I am not versed with EmClient so I don't know how it works... yet.

What happens when you try to delete the emails? Any error messages? What cPanel are you referring to? Within the program or going to G-Mail and deleting from there?

Thanks for the swift response. No issues when I delete them (i.e. they clear more space) but the problem seems to be the admin account which I cannot edit on cpanel. Not sure I'm explaining this correctly: basically the message mailers receive when they send emails to my emclient acc is 550 mailbox is full; blocks limit exceeded inode limits exceeded. I was trying to solve it by advice (from elsewhere) to 'configure my gmail account to collect the emclient messages then delete via Pop3'. Played around with gmail settings with no success. Sorry if this explanation is unclear!

Have you gone to Gmail.com and logged into your account there?
Look to see if the mails are in fact being deleted from the server and not just within the em client program.
If they are not being deleted, then you need to make changes within the em client program to have them removed from the server.

In a separate account associated with my website domain name - that's where the emClient emails are being sent.
