In order to help, we'll need some system info.

Please post your processor speed, your operating system, how much RAM you have, and what kind of video card you have.

Also, have you updated all your drivers, like your video drivers? And have you gotten the latest patch for the game?

Let me see if I can get this right:

Processor Speed - 24x max. speed cd rom drive

    Operating System - Windows 98

    RAM - 64 MB SDRAM

Video Card - I'm not so sure about this one if you want to tell me how to find out I will and get back to you

I added the lastest patch for EE but it still don't work

    OK, do this:

Click 'Start', then 'Run'. Type in "dxdiag" in the box (without quotes) and hit OK. A program should run, when it is done, save the information, and post it here. That will give us more system info.

Here are the system requirements for Empire Earth from the Sierra website:

Windows 98, Me, or 2000 CD ROM
Multimedia PC with PentiumĀ® II - 350 MHz or higher processor
    64 MB of RAM
450 MB of hard disk space; additional 100 MB of hard drive space for swap file
Super VGA monitor supporting 1024 x 768 resolution
AGP (4 MB) or PCI (8 MB) 3D video card that supports 1024 x 768, 16-bit color resolution
    CD-ROM drive
Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
28.8 Kbps modem (or higher recommended) for Internet or head-to-head play
DirectX-compatible sound card with speakers or headphones recommended

At 330 MHz and only 64Mb of RAM, your system may not be able to handle this particular game. I'm not an expert so you may want to wait for other people to comment. :)
