Trying to install a new video card but the drivers won't install. The instructions say that the old drivers need to be deleted first and to do this in Device manager.... but when I go there the page is completely empty...

    What would cause this?

    How should I fix?

    Thanks!

Thanks for trying... but it didn't work. We get the message:

“Registry Editor could not set security in the key currently selected, or some of its subkeys.”

    Still blank Device Manager :(
