Enabling Intergrated Audio

    I would like to enable my ATX motherboard audio while still recognizing my soundblaster live 5.1, thus enabling an extra set of audio ins and outs for multitrack recording of 4 channels simultaineously . Thanks in advance !

    er....wow...I dunno if that is possible. The OS would have to support this. I don't think that Windows supports multi sound cards. I do know you can have multi video cards. I think your best best would be to install Analog Expansion Board for your audio needs.


    Or if you have FIREWIRE, you can use an external box such as these:


    Professional audio ain't cheap.....I have a friend I support that does this for a living, he has some of the best MAC computers money can buy, I keep trying to sell him on Linux, but he won't budge yet...
