Can someone help me figure out what to doabout this problem? Almost every time I try to download certian things, this shows up and wont let me download.............. There is a problem starting Encarta Encyclopedia, The Command line is improperly formated, Please correct this commandline parameters, or load Encarta Encylopedia without any command line parameters . I don't know what this means and have tried everything can anyone tell me what to do ?? thank You from Ga.
