Epson DX8400 wont print photos??

    Hi,

    My Epson DX8400 wont print photos... It will print work i do on photoshop saved in pdf but if I want to print off a photo it gets a third of the way on the progress bar then stays there and never completes. Any help would be much appreciated?

    Did it use to print the photos

    How big are the Photos?

    Hi,

    I can't remember if it was this printer or my old one that used to print photos sorry! The size of the pic im trying to print is 779kb. But i have just tried to print one that is 168kb and that wont print either??

    Have you saved it as Jpeg first?

    If the Photo is in Photo shop click on File top left and choose Save as......then use the drop down menu and choose Jpeg
