EPSON SX435 constantly fails to scan

I am curious if before releasing this device someone ever tried to work with it, because working with it is equals to hell.

There were often connection problems, but today it completely frustrated me.

The Epson Scan software fails to run most of the time, by giving a very general error message.

I don't manage to make it scan via USB, so I am working with it wirelessely.

When opening the scanner settings and re-adding it, it will SOMETIMES work. After one-two, maximum 3 scans, the same problem will occur. The error is always something like failure to connect (don't remember exactly, some general non-informative error).

My network is great, there are no problems there.

Ok, so I reinstalled the whole driver, nothing changed, restarted the PC, restarted the scanner. I tried from another PC on the network, didn't help. I am using the latest drivers. Please someone explain me how to work with this device, before I throw it out of the window (literally). The time I wasted on scanning 6 pages took me more than 2 hours and now it doesn't work completely.
