Hi

I have a laptop running Windows 7-64.

I did have an Epson RX425 which although worked perfectly well on my old desktop wouldn't run on my laptop.

I have purchased an Epson SX515W as I specifically wanted the wireless connectivity.

I've had the printer for almost a month now and am having great difficulty in trying to get it working wirelessly.

I've been back to Comet for advise and they have said that it isn't compatible with Virgin. They didn't advise of this at the time though.

Can anybody advise if this is the case or are Comet just passing incorrect information?

Any help to get the printer working will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

its possible if the firmware is causing an issue - and virgin use there own firmware on the router - but i did not think they did

if you log into the router can you see the wireless printer connected
does the printer have an ip from the router
does the printer work on the windows 7 pc when connected by usb
