After being moved to our new house my Epson WF3640 printer does not print photos. It gives a paper jam error. It will print documents or any other formats, just not a jpeg. I am on windows 10, the same laptop which was working ok before the move. The printer is wifi and our other computer is on windows 7 and has the same problem. I have tried replacing the ink cartridges, turning the power off and on, unplugging the printer for overnight, changing the paper and nothing works.

    One reason for paperjam errors
Paper pick up roller(s) not picking up.

Perhaps the photo paper is too slippery for it to print on.

Did you try to print a photo on plain paper? Does it work that way?

If you connect the Epson directly to one of the computers instead of printing through wifi will the photo print?

I have tried using plan paper and photo, neither works. does not make any difference if wifi or directly connected. Paper feeds thru the printer pass the print cartridges.
