Alright, I've been having a semi-intermittent problem with my mouse. My mouse seems to be moving randomly around the screen without the cursor actually moving. The best example of this would be while playing solitaire. When I load the game, some cards start to blink rapidly as if I had moved my mouse over them. I can still play the game simple enough, but the cards keep blinking.
I had originally though this was a problem with my solitaire program, but when I loaded up Mass Effect, my camera started to move erraticly while in game. It is fine when I'm in the menus, but when I'm trying to control my character, it moves to random angles. Oddly enough, holding down the left and right mouse button puts the game in free-look mode and I can move the camera around fine. As soon as I let go of the buttons, however, its buggy again.
I am running a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 that I've tried using both USB and PS2 connections. I am running Windows Vista 32-bit and am using the newest versions of my video card drivers and mouse drivers. I've looked around a few forums, but haven't found a problem exactally like mine. Any help would be appreciated.
