EDIT: disabled touch pad. Problem solved.
Currently running Windows 10, been completely fine so far. I have the Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro.
Just today after browsing through some anime sites, my mouse started to behave strangely. Occasionally the cursor just jumps around randomly for about a half a second, usually localized to a general area where the cursor was before. This is not tied to typing or anything else as far as I can see (maybe loading?).
I don't recall downloading anything from the sites. I've confirmed that my mouse is not the issue (it happens when unplugged). I restored my PC to the restore point two days ago (my last windows update). Any help would be appreciated.
