I've had this flash drive for about a year and a half or something like that, and when I go to open a specific folder on it, a message comes up that says, "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. Error 0x80070570." I am able to open any other file fine except this one. Is there anyway to fix it?

What operating system do you have? Windows 7?

What is the folder? Is it a zipped archive?

To add to the great questions:

Are you able to copy it to your hard drive? Do you have the correct software to open it?
