Apparently, the 1919 is a Windows installer error and my guess is that it's a mismatch with the DLLs of ODBC versions.
Hang on, just read something. Right, lets try a few things.
Is this the A+ program that comes with Mike Myers book? If so, I'd better look at these as well as I have it. Anyway, here goes:
I'm assuming that 1381719.bin is installed on your system. Go to Find Files and Folders and search to see if it is.
This is a FAQ about the Cd with te book, but I don't see your problem there

What OS are you using? Also, got a reply here from Mike himself. he says he has a fix. Now, he was talking to the guy in the newsgroup but I am sure if you were to mention the same thread, of which I will post, he will send you it.
This is what he has said:
Lee-
SEEMS this 1919 error shows up on early Windows 95 systems that do not run
Office. I finished what I THINK is the fix this weekend (pant pant). Are you
interested in being the "Guinea Pig?" If you are, send me an email using the
email address in at the end of the Intro chapter in the book. Remind me of
this newsgroup thread so I remember who you are!
Mike
and this is the group

Of course, I'm assuming that this is the problem. If it is another totally different program or CD, please let me know. btw, from what I have found, Mike is okay to approach. I have spoken to him in the A-plus newsgroups.
