This problem has been reported to occur when the Xupiter program is installed on the computer.

You can use HJT to see if it is present on your machine.
Make a folder on your hard drive, like c:\HJT
Download Hijackthis.
Unzip the file to the folder on your hard drive.

Double click on Hihackthis.exe then click on the "Scan" button, then click on "Save Log".

Copy and paste it back here and someone will be happy to review it.

Don't make any changes until instructed to do so.

The thing to *think* about is what is the last thing I did.
My search Do any of these fit your situation when the error happens?

You have a lot of O16's going, you could disable those with HJT and see if one of those is causing a problem. They will ask to reinstall if you visit the website again.

Nope I haven't had any of those problems. I was talking to my daughter on MSN messanger, she had sent me some links to read. I closed messanger, closed out the links she sent me, and the error popped up. should I check all the O16's in my HiJack log, and also, I don't have Panda anymore but see it on the log also, should I check Panda too? I want to thank you, for you help and time.

If you don't use Panda you can remove that, and don't worry about the O16's you also have the backups that HJT will create in the folder where you are running it.
